What I realized over the years is that not everyone is interested in change. People admitting that they have issues are rare. It took me some time to accept this fact being that I have a transparent personality. It was a mystery to me why a lot of folk are in denial about their shortcomings. Some of us either don’t know we have issues or in denial about our issues. It is a challenge for me to sustain a healthy relationship with people who fail to notice the part that they play in anything. I had to discontinue a few relationships with people who fail to take accountability for their own actions. Blaming others, shaming others, just being critical of things with a limited perception. Sometimes we need to remove ourselves from people, places, and things that no longer serve us.
In order for me to restore, reevaluate, and realign myself I need to disconnect. Folk who are unaware or pretend to be unaware of their own actions is a trigger for me. I’m open, honest, & willing. With that I need to be surrounded by people who are sensitive to my recovery process. I need constant inspiration, reassurance and compassion. Most of my pain began during my childhood years. I’m purposely selective. Just because people are friends are family does not mean they need to be a part of my life. This was tough for me at first due to nostalgic memories, however I realized that I could cherish positive memories and remember the good. It is our responsibility as adults to get any necessary help as needed. We need to know that ,growth is a vital part of being a human being.
I think that it is hustling backwards to be recovering meanwhile still be surrounded by people, places & things that make me sick. Forgiving someone does not mean going to be with them again in the physical form. It simply allows me to forgive myself and the part that I played and heal spiritually. I was strong enough to realize that I needed to create healthy boundaries. It felt good to take back my life. I’m not closed from the people I removed or altered communication with. I’m merely aware and alert to my needs and my peace of mind. If these so-called friends and family members ever choose to be accountable and get some professional help with their root issues, I will reconsider my relationship with them. Until then, I will carry on respectively.
This entry has been inspired by a Facebook friend who tagged me in a post regarding his struggle with mental health. I let him know that he is not alone. I simply reminded him that before we accept these labels, let us take a closer look at the people, places, & things that surround us daily. Sometimes being in an enviornment that is not supportive will make us feel like it’s our fault. When all the while some of us just haven’t been holding others accountable.

Well first of all I am living in Utica New York right now at this very moment and the entrepreneurial scene is just beginning to pick up a pace. You see many will hate money and despise it for its reputation but then again money itself is the most diverse instrument known to mankind and does not discriminate anyone for even the worst of us have it in some way, shape, or form. Money also can take on a spiritual context in terms of numbers and receiving power. An inner genius inside us.
What is Inner Genius?
Inner Genius is a 6 week lifestyle design program that helps you reverse engineer your goals, make great moves, and build the life you desire. The first ever Inner Genius Program is currently now in session and I am a proud participant of it. This is an intense 6 week period of self discovery, joy, and spiritual unity for me indeed.
As stated by Ryan Miller Founder of the Mohawk Valley Community College’s Thincubator Program, “When you join Inner Genius you are a part of a group that meets for 6 weeks and helps you build a roadmap to execute on your dreams whether you’re considering a career move, starting your own venture, continuing your education or pursuing a promotion. Regardless of your reason, discovering your inner genius will help you formulate your freedom & gain confidence to make real change in your life for designing a better future.”
Feel the flow. Feel the infinite and ambient nature of the divine as it is needed for people right now more and more. Experience it. Enjoy it!
Are you worthy of changing your entire life from your mind?
The intention of reprogramming the subconscious mind is to change all of your current ways into broader more developed ways of acting in life. For instance are you not as motivated to change yourself as you would like to be? Then reprogram your subconscious mind through prayer.
Do you know how to use the Bible to benefit your subconscious mind?
Prayers for altering the subconscious mind:
The creative intelligence of my subconscious mind knows what is best for me. Its tendency is always lifeward and it reveals to me the right direction which blesses all concerned. I give thanks for the answer which I know will come to me.”
Infinite intelligence within me knows all things and the right decision is revealed to me in divine order. I will recognize the answer when it comes.
1 Peter 4:7
The end of all things is at hand; therefore be self-controlled and sober-minded for the sake of your prayers.
For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.
To the pure, all things are pure, but to the defiled and unbelieving, nothing is pure; but both their minds and their consciences are defiled.
“Come now, let us reason[c] together, says the Lord:
though your sins are like scarlet,
they shall be as white as snow;
though they are red like crimson,
they shall become like wool.
From the book The Power of Your Subconscious Mind by Joseph Murphy it is stated that, “forgiveness is getting your thoughts in line with the divine law of harmony and self condemnation is called hell; bondage or restriction. Forgiveness is called heaven or harmony and peace. Also criticism cannot hurt you without your consent.”

Can we forgive those who hurt us?
Are we too attached to our own ideas of who we have been before that we can’t accept who we can become?
Do certain peoples points about us irritate us a lot inside?
If so then we are struggling with forgiveness to our brothers and sisters for who they are right now and not for exactly who we want them to be in our minds. Have I said stupid things to people in order to try and make a point? Yes absolutely. Though does that make me dumber for trying? Not all of the time especially if I am aware of it being stupid and ignorant of me to say in the first place. Am I out to always appease everyone with self expression? No not all of the time either, though there are limits with people I have to be accountable for. I struggle with forgiveness of my own self to be able to grow and prosper as that is who I need to forgive the most and that is me as an individual. Can you forgive yourself as an individual too? Troubling to do so but there are so many ways that we can grow in today’s World if we can forgive ourselves.
